Welcome to Birth By You Thank you for choosing us for your Hypnobirthing training. We know this is an important decision for your birth. We love working with couples to help them develop the skills and knowledge needed for a calmer, more empowered birth experience.

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services Offered

Birth By You offers private sessions and group classes for Hypnobirthing training. These sessions are tailored to your needs and can be conducted in your home or via video call. Group classes are scheduled at specific dates and times. Alongside our courses, we provide text/email support, suggested readings, and product recommendations.

User Responsibilities

We ask that you complete the post-booking survey in detail and keep us updated on any significant developments in your pregnancy. For changes to private sessions, please provide as much notice as possible.

Payment and Fees

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit cards.

A deposit of 20% is required for group bookings, with the full balance due before the first session.

For private sessions, a £100 deposit is required, with the balance due before or at the first session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Group Sessions: Cancel at least 7 days before your session for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice may not be refundable, but we'll try to reschedule you.

Private Classes: If rescheduling is needed, we'll find a new time. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be offered.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on our website, including texts and images, is either created by us or used under appropriate permissions. The brand name and logo of Birth By You are our properties and cannot be used without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Hypnobirthing sessions are not medical advice and should not replace the guidance of healthcare professionals. We cannot be held responsible for any decisions made regarding your pregnancy and birth.

Limitation of Liability

Birth By You is not liable for any indirect, incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our advice is educational and does not guarantee specific birth outcomes.
