What's included in the course

Discover the power of hypnobirthing with Birth By You’s upcoming Group Hypnobirthing classes. Learning alongside other expectant couples is a fantastic way to prepare for the big day. Our classes will equip you with techniques to help you stay calm, relaxed, and in control during labor and delivery. Cancellation Policy

Group Sessions: Cancel at least 7 days before your session for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice may not be refundable, but we'll try to reschedule you. Private Classes: If rescheduling is needed, we'll find a new time. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be offered.
