• One or two prenatal visits to discuss your desires and preparation for birth
• Unlimited phone support during pregnancy and postpartum
• Assistance in creating a birth plan
• Access to my extensive lending library
• Continuous labor support at home, birth center or hospital as needed
• Emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and birth

• Perform clinical tasks (i.e. blood pressure, fetal heart checks, cervical dilation etc..)
• Make decisions for you. I can help you get the information you need to make informed decisions.
  
• Speak to the staff for you. You will need to speak for yourself. I will help you make decisions by providing you with information, but ultimately you or your partner will make your own decisions and speak to the staff.

I am offering a sliding scale fee based on what you can afford at this time.  Please contact me  for details.  I want every woman to have a doula.  Please don't think you can't afford one.  Talk to me! I can help.
